2. Information We Collect

To operate our micro-SaaS efficiently, we capture minimal operational data:

User Email Address: Collected strictly to deliver your purchased PDF report and handle critical transactional communications.
Search Queries: The brand or company name searched, used to execute the temporary aduana scraping protocol.
Payment Details: All payments are securely processed off-site via Lemon Squeezy. BOLRadar never stores, views, or handles your credit card numbers or raw financial credentials.

3. Automated Data Slimming & Retention

To ensure data minimization and protect trade privacy, BOLRadar enforces a strict storage routine:

4-Month Hard Purge: The heavy, raw customs manifest dataset (raw_apify_data) associated with your search is completely wiped and cleared from our databases exactly 120 days (4 months) after creation.
After this 4-month window, only the basic lead metadata (ID, email, and brand name) is retained for analytical and support history.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third-party marketing agencies. Your email is shared exclusively with our automated delivery infrastructure partners (Lemon Squeezy for payment handling and Resend for transactional email routing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
