Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2026
Welcome to BOLRadar (bolradar.com). By accessing our website, initiating a trade search, or purchasing an intelligence report, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
BOLRadar provides automated public trade intelligence and logistics data analysis. Our proprietary engine, "Sourcing Detective AI", aggregates, cleans, and structures publicly available maritime bills of lading and customs manifest records from the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) database.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital, instant-access, and downloadable nature of our intelligence reports, all sales are final. Once a payment of $19 USD is processed and the data decryption/generation flow is initiated, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal for this digital product.
3. Limitation of Liability & Government Data Disclaimer
BOLRadar acts strictly as a data processing and synthesis tool. The trade information, weights, supplier names, and logistics histories provided in our reports are derived entirely from public government records.
- BOLRadar does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that the public data provided by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
- We are not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or supply chain disruptions resulting from the information contained within our dashboards, previews, or generated PDF dossiers.
4. Permitted Use
Reports purchased from BOLRadar are intended solely for internal commercial research, market analysis, and sourcing optimization. Reselling, white-labeling, or distributing our reports in bulk to third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes related to this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (European Union), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
